Cookies, kept short.
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser to remember something between page loads. We use a light set, listed below, and we don’t run cross-site advertising trackers or sell what they collect. This notice sits under our Privacy Policy.
Essential — always on
These keep the site working and can’t be switched off: your signed-in session and security tokens in the client app, and a short-lived record we use to rate-limit the free tools so nobody can hammer them. No essential cookie is used for advertising.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics to see which pages help and where people get stuck, in aggregate. It sets its own cookies to count visits and sessions. We don’t use it to build ad profiles or share it with ad networks. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on, or block analytics cookies in your browser.
Live chat — Crisp
The chat bubble is Crisp. It sets a cookie so a conversation you start stays connected to you across pages and replies. If you never open the chat, it stays quiet; blocking its cookies simply turns the chat off.
Checkout — Stripe
On the checkout page only, Stripe sets cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. These load when you go to pay and are required for the payment to work. See Stripe’s cookie policy.
How to control them
Every browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies in its settings, and you can browse the public site in private/incognito mode. Blocking the optional ones (analytics, chat) won’t break anything; blocking essential ones may sign you out or stop checkout. Questions: team@ranknext.io.
No hidden trackers.
We collect the minimum to run the site well, and we tell you plainly what that is.
Essential · analytics · chat · checkout — that's the whole list
