The Lead Generation Website · $3,500 one-time

A website that brings the jobs to you.

Custom design. 40+ pages targeting exactly how your customers search, on Google and on AI assistants. Chat, booking, reviews, and instant callback built in. One price, built in about four weeks, and you own every piece of it forever.

One-time payment · no subscription required · everything transfers to you at launch

Your next customer is not browsing. They are asking.

When a drain field backs up or a basement floods, nobody scrolls to page two. They type the problem into Google, or they ask ChatGPT who to call, and they contact whoever shows up with a clear answer. The business that answers the question gets the phone call. The business with a five-page brochure site gets silence, no matter how good their work is.

Most local service websites were built to exist, not to be found. One page says “services,” one says “about,” one has a form nobody answers on weekends. Meanwhile the questions customers actually ask, what it costs, who covers their town, who can come today, have no page anywhere. That gap is the whole opportunity, and closing it does not require a $12,000 agency retainer.

What $3,500 buys

Everything a lead engine needs. Nothing it does not.

01

Custom design, built for your trade

Not a template with your logo dropped in. We design around how your customers decide: your real photos, your service area, your licenses, your proof. A septic company and a funeral home should not look like the same website, and with us they never do.

02

40+ pages that match how people actually search

Your customers do not search your company name. They ask for a service, in a place, often as a full question, and increasingly they ask an AI engine instead of scrolling results. We build a page for every service you offer, every area you cover, and the questions buyers ask before choosing, structured so search engines and AI assistants can read, quote, and recommend them.

03

AI infrastructure that catches the lead

Traffic without capture is decoration. Your build includes a chat assistant that answers questions and books appointments 24/7, online scheduling, a reviews engine that turns finished jobs into public proof, and instant callback so a missed call becomes a ring-back in seconds instead of a customer calling your competitor.

04

Launch SEO done right, from day one

Clean structure, fast loading, schema markup on every page, sitemap and indexing submitted, Google Business Profile connected. The technical work most builds skip is exactly what decides whether the site ever gets found, so we treat it as part of the build, not an upsell.

05

A handover, not a hostage situation

The domain, the design, the content, the code: yours. If we never speak again after launch, you keep everything and the site keeps working. That is the deal, in writing, in our terms.

The math, in your numbers

How many jobs pay for the build? Usually one or two.

We will not promise you a number of leads; nobody honest can. What we can do is arithmetic. Take your average job value and divide. If the site brings you even a handful of jobs in its first year, everything after that line is upside, and unlike ad spend, the pages do not stop working when you stop paying.

If your trade looks likeAverage job commonly worthBuild covered after
Septic or well service$2,5002 jobs
Foundation or waterproofing$8,0001 job
Water or mold remediation$5,0001 job
Generator installation$12,0001 job
Commercial equipment repair$9004 jobs

Job values are common ranges for illustration; use your own. New sites typically need two to four months to earn rankings before the compounding shows. We say that out loud because you should distrust anyone who does not.

The alternatives, honestly

Where $3,500 sits in the market.

The $500 template

A freelancer drops your logo into a theme. It looks fine, has five pages, answers no questions, and search engines have no reason to show it. You saved money on a site nobody finds.

This build · $3,500

Designed for your trade, 40+ pages aimed at real searches, capture infrastructure included, launch SEO done properly, and full ownership handed to you. Built to be found, priced to be paid back by the first job or two.

The $10,000+ agency build

Often genuinely good, after three months of meetings. Commonly quoted at $8,000 to $15,000 for trades, frequently with hosting lock-in, and the SEO is still an add-on retainer. You are paying for their process, not just your site.

How it goes

Paid to launched, typically four weeks.

Week 1

Kickoff and design

A short call or form: services, service area, photos, licenses, the jobs you want more of. We design; you approve.

Weeks 2-3

The build

All 40+ pages written and built, chat and booking configured, reviews engine and callback wired, every page structured for search and AI.

Week 4

Launch and handover

Live on your domain, submitted for indexing, Google Business Profile linked, and a walkthrough so you know how to run everything you now own.

After launch, the site is yours to run, and plenty of owners do exactly that. When you want it to go further, more towns, weekly Google Business Profile work, review velocity, monthly proof reports, that is what our ongoing plans do. Your call, never a requirement.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers.

How is this $3,500 when agencies quote $10,000 or more?

Custom trade sites are commonly quoted at $8,000 to $15,000, and much of that price is process: discovery meetings, revision rounds, project managers. We have built this exact system for local service businesses enough times that the craft is repeatable without the theater. You get the outcome, not the overhead.

How long until it brings in work?

Honest answer: new pages take time to earn their place. Most sites we build start showing real movement in months two to four, faster in less crowded trades and towns, slower in brutal ones. Anyone promising day-one leads from a new site is selling something. What you get from us is receipts: you watch indexing, rankings, and inquiries in your dashboard as they happen.

What exactly are the 40+ pages?

A page for each service you offer, a page for each town or area you serve, and answer pages for the questions customers ask before hiring: cost, timing, emergencies, comparisons. The mix depends on your trade and coverage; we map it with you at kickoff before anything is built.

I already have a website. Is that a problem?

No, and it can help. We rebuild on your existing domain so you keep any history it has earned, redirect every old page properly, and nothing you have is lost. If the current site has content worth keeping, we keep it.

Do I have to buy a monthly plan after?

No. The build is complete on its own and many owners run it themselves from there. If you later want scale, more pages, weekly Google Business Profile work, review velocity, monthly reporting, our ongoing plans exist and we would love to keep working with you. But the site is not crippled without them, and we will never hold it back to force a subscription.

What are the ongoing costs if I run it myself?

Hosting and your domain, typically $20 to $40 a month total, paid directly to those providers and owned by you. The chat, booking, and callback tools include first configuration; their providers have their own plans depending on usage, and we set you up on sensible free or low tiers wherever possible.

Do you work with my trade?

We specialize in local service businesses: septic, foundation, remediation, generators, commercial equipment, doors and docks, and trades like them. If your customers search for a service in a place, this build fits. Not sure? Run the free visibility check or just email us.

One build. Yours forever.
