The deal, in plain English.

RankNext is operated by Excess Quest LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its registered office at 8 The Green, STE A, Dover, DE 19901, United States (“Excess Quest”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Excess Quest LLC is the merchant of record for every subscription and digital purchase on ranknext.io, and payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement and receipts may show Excess Quest LLC.

RankNext is a done-for-you visibility service: we build and run the website work, Google Business Profile, reviews process, citations, content, and AI-visibility tracking described in your plan. Plans are billed monthly at the published price, month-to-month after any initial build period stated at signup.

We promise the work: done every month, documented, with stored evidence behind every claimed result and an honest confidence label. We do NOT promise specific rankings or that any AI engine will name your business — nobody controls the engines, and anyone promising placements is bluffing. If our receipts don’t convince you the work is worth it, you can leave — that’s the accountability model.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize Excess Quest LLC, through Stripe, to charge that method on a recurring basis. Any one-time onboarding or build fee is charged at signup. If a payment fails, we may retry and may pause the work until it clears.

Cancel anytime — email [email protected]and it’s done, no retention scripts. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your current period runs to its paid end and you keep access until then.

Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for the current period and any partial month — we don’t pro-rate, and there’s no refund for unused time. Onboarding and build fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Because no one controls what an AI engine or search result says, fees are never refundable based on a specific placement, ranking, or outcome. This is our standard policy; where a law gives you a non-waivable refund right, that law controls.

Anything you own (your site, your profile, your content) stays yours, and we hand over access cleanly. If you think a charge is wrong, email us first at [email protected] — we read every message from a real person and fix genuine mistakes quickly, which is faster than a bank dispute.

Give us truthful business information, keep the access you shared current, and tell us promptly if you want anything paused or changed — we act on it same-day. You confirm you have the right to grant the access you hand over, and that your business operates legally.

The free tools are provided as-is for your own business’s evaluation. Don’t scrape, resell, or hammer them (rate limits are enforced). Captured AI answers reflect what an engine said at one moment — snapshots, not promises, as labeled everywhere they appear.

To the maximum extent the law allows, the total liability of Excess Quest LLC for anything arising from the service is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and neither side owes the other indirect or consequential damages. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those the law makes non-waivable. Nothing here limits what can’t legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
