Our terms, as a page

SEO with no contract. Actually.

You searched for this because you have read the horror stories, or lived one: the 12-month agreement, the auto-renewal, the site that stays behind when you leave. Here is the entire fine print of working with us, small enough to fit on one screen.

What we never do

  • No 6-or-12-month initial terms, ever
  • No auto-renewing annual agreements
  • No proprietary platform that keeps your site if you leave
  • No exit fees, no retention-call gauntlet
  • No promised rankings to win a signature (nobody honest can promise them)

What you get instead, in writing

  • Month-to-month after the first month’s build
  • Prices published on the site, same for everyone
  • Cancel with one email; you keep everything we built
  • Every result in your dashboard opens a stored receipt
  • The same standard applied to ourselves, publicly, on the experiment

The honest trade: because there is no contract, we owe you visible progress every single month, and because SEO compounds over months, you owe your decision more than two weeks of patience. We put the receipts in your dashboard from week one so that patience never has to be blind. Full legal text lives in the terms, and it says what this page says.

The questions behind the search

Straight answers.

Why do most SEO agencies push 6-to-12-month contracts?

Two reasons, one fair and one not. The fair one: SEO genuinely takes months to compound, and agencies want enough runway for the work to show. The unfair one: a signed year removes their strongest incentive to perform this month, because you are staying either way. We solved the honest half differently: we tell you upfront that results take months, we show progress with stored receipts from week one so you can see the compounding happen, and we let the work, not a signature, be the reason you stay.

So what exactly are your terms?

Month-to-month after the first month's build, at prices published on the pricing page ($899, $1,497, or $2,500 monthly, and a $3,500 one-time website build). Cancel with one email to [email protected], effective end of the billing period, no retention scripts, no exit fees. Everything we built for you, the pages, the content, the profile work, stays yours, and we hand over access cleanly. It is written into our public terms, not whispered on a sales call.

Doesn't month-to-month mean you could put in less effort?

It means the opposite, structurally. An agency holding a 12-month contract gets paid whether this month's work was great or invisible. We have to re-earn the next month every month, with a dashboard where every claimed result opens an artifact you can check. That pressure is the product. It is also why we publish our own visibility scoreboard publicly: the same standard we sell is the one we live under.

What happens to my rankings if I cancel?

Nothing dramatic, and be suspicious of anyone who implies otherwise. The pages, profile improvements, reviews, and citations we built are assets that keep working; rankings do not vanish because an invoice stopped. Over time, without ongoing content, upkeep, and review velocity, competitors who keep investing can pass you, which is simply how a competitive market works. You leave with the assets and the momentum, never with a hostage situation.

Is there any lock-in at all, anywhere?

The only commitment is the current billing month you have already paid for. No initial term, no auto-renewing annual agreement, no proprietary platform holding your site, no exit fees, and the one-time $3,500 website build has no subscription attached at all. We built the whole model so the only reason you stay is that the receipts keep proving it works.

Stay because it works. That's the whole deal.

See where you stand today, then decide with receipts instead of a contract clock.
